Cole's Success Story
Congratulations to Cole for a very successful year! Cole started as a volunteer at Yad Ezra, a Jewish Community Food Bank, handing out food to the guests. Due to remodeling project, Cole learned he was being evicted from his apartment. Cole needed a job, and a new place to live.
Through Excel Employment Options- Berkley, Cole landed an interview at an apartment complex, and it was very successful. The property manager was impressed by Cole's skills and fun-loving personality. She came up with a list of duties that matched Cole's skills and offered him a job working 12 hours a week. Following the job offer, it was also revealed that an apartment was available for Cole! Cole now has a new job, and he is able live at the same complex where he works!
At the end of Cole's first shift, he stated "You never work a day in your life if you love what you do. I love it here."
